Nano Severe Plastic Deformation (NSPD)

  • Nano Severe Plastic Deformation (NSPD) is a representative method for manufacturing a nanocrystalline metals by applying ultra-high plastic strain.
  • The improvement of hardness and yield stress can be investigated using SPD process, and the superplastic behavior of these materials behaves at lower temperatures with higher strain rates.
